SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via DHL within 3 days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order, when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays please place your order at least one week prior, to ensure timely delivery.

Required Signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. Your package will be returned to Trends Australia.

Email Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped.

Trends Australia reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
