Trends Beauty Australia

These terms are issued by Trends Beauty Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 603 540 558) of Unit 3/22 Collinsvale St, Rocklea QLD 4106, Australia, trading as Trends Beauty Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”), and apply to your use of trendsbeauty.com.au and any purchase you make through it (“the site”).
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
These terms cover our direct-to-consumer online store. They don't apply to wholesale or trade accounts, which are handled under separate arrangements.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.
Products & pricing
Prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time without notice. We take reasonable care to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before processing it — you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase, not an acceptance by us. An order confirmation email confirms we've received your order — it isn't acceptance of it. A contract for the sale of goods is only formed when we dispatch your order (or send you a dispatch/shipping confirmation).
We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch — for example due to a stock issue, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address we can't service. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is by credit or debit card through our checkout at the time of ordering. Full payment is required before an order is processed. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment gateway — we don't store your full card details.
Delivery
Shipping costs, timeframes, and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, and your rights for faulty or not-as-described items are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You agree not to:
• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without our permission;
• interfere with the site's operation or security, including through malicious code;
• place fraudulent orders or use payment details you're not authorised to use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms.
Content, trademarks & reviews
Ownership of website content, our trademarks, and terms covering reviews and user-submitted content are set out in our Legal Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Cookies & privacy
The site uses cookies to support core functionality. We collect and handle personal information in line with applicable Australian privacy law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from an order or these terms is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Circumstances beyond our control
We aren't liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, or supply chain disruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
