Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector is a post-relaxer treatment that replenishes vitamins and proteins that may have been lost during the relaxer process. Infused with Olive Oil, it deeply strengthens, nourishes and restores hair to health. This amazing formula smoothes and seals the cuticle, while protecting hair from future breakage, leaving it noticeably healthy and strong.
Directions
Post Relaxer Treatment (Lye, No-Lye or Lithium) After hair is relaxed and the relaxer is completely rinsed out of the hair, towel blot and apply Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector Post Relaxer Treatment to damp hair. Leave on for 2 minutes, then apply Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Neutralizing Shampoo directly over the Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector Post Relaxer Treatment and proceed to lather.
NOTE:
DO NOT leave Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector on hair longer than 5 minutes after the relaxer. Lather for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse. Shampoo a second time or until there is no pink colour in rinse water or lather. (Pink colour in lather or rinse water is an indicator that relaxer is present, continue shampooing until lather and rinse water becomes completely white). Towel blot and proceed to condition with Vitale Olive Oil Hair Mayonnaise.
Directions:
For Post-Color Treatment After the colour has been rinsed from the hair, apply Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector o the hair, leave it on for 2 minutes and apply shampoo. Tip: For better colour absorption, mix one tablespoon of Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector with colour before application. Directions: For Regular Conditioning After rinsing shampoo from hair, towel dry and saturate hair with Vitale Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Hair Protector. Place the patron under a warm dryer for 15 minutes and rinse.

This policy is issued by Trends Beauty Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 603 540 558) of Unit 3/22 Collinsvale St, Rocklea QLD 4106, Australia, trading as Trends Beauty Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).
There are two kinds of return, and they work differently: change-of-mind returns, and items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Read the section that applies to you.
Change-of-mind returns
If you've simply changed your mind about a purchase:
• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because our products are cosmetics/haircare, we can't accept opened or used items back for a change-of-mind return — this doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty (see below).
• You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
• You're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we aren't liable for return parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We don't charge a restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet these conditions.
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or doesn't match its description, this isn't a change-of-mind return — it's covered by your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and applies regardless of whether packaging is opened or the item has been used.
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible, before sending anything back — we'll confirm the best way to return it. For a confirmed fault:
• Minor faults: we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• Major faults (or a fault that recurs after repair): you can choose a refund or a replacement.
• We cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
There's no fixed day-count cutoff for reporting a fault under the Australian Consumer Law — just get in touch as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive a returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. The time it takes to appear in your account after that depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item under the applicable section above and place a new order.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees relating to the supply of goods.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Check back periodically for changes.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
